Tools you can click before we talk about anything

An application description says little about whether someone understands the contract. So instead of screenshots we publish working demos: they run in the browser, with no login and without sending anything to a server. Each one states explicitly what it does not do.

A working demo of a correspondence register: letter date separated from received date, a reference to the work front, a five-step workflow, and a days-on-step counter.

Terminology comparator

How three contracting authorities name the same things: supervision, specifications, acceptances, and the settlement model. Each variant with a verbatim quote from the document and a page number.

The items below have no demo version and no page of their own — what you see is all there is. We give no dates for them, because until there is something to run, any date would be a promise without cover.

Knowledge agent

A company knowledge base with semantic search and a locally run language model. Documents never leave the client's infrastructure.

No demo version — there is nothing to run yet.

Where these tools come from

Every demo grows out of a specific article in the knowledge hub and a specific tender document. The data model of the correspondence register comes directly from the conclusions of the article on losing information in document flow; the comparator stands on four documents from three contracting authorities and shows a quote with a page reference for every variant.
